We were looking from out of state (Colorado) and we thought it would be difficult trying to purchase a home in a different state, but Melissa made the process so simple and enjoyable! She took on the wild housing market of 2022 and continued to support us and show up in many ways! She fought when she needed to, and helped us walk away when it wasn’t in our best interest. She traveled all throughout Tucson, showing us in-depth tours of each home virtually via Marco Polo (we were able to watch the playbacks in case we missed something). She is so knowledgeable in knowing what might be questionable on an inspection and really looked hard for our dream home! We are now comfortably enjoying our dream home, in paradise.. I mean Tucson! She made sure to find a home that checked our boxes: - pool - 1500 sq ft minimum - 3 bedrooms - 2 bathrooms - garage - 2 living areas - safe, friendly neighborhood! While on home tours, she went above and beyond to ask nearby folks outside if they enjoyed the neighborhood and how they felt about living in the area. It was nice to hear from locals and it was great she thought to reach out! You will not be disappointed with her drive and dedication to finding you your dream house here in Tucson! She also has many great resources to offer! Highly recommended! We are loving our home and are so thankful for Melissa’s professionalism and dedication to us during a crazy housing market and being out of state!
